Something you should know about me: I attended the U.S. Air Force Academy before finding out at the conclusion of my freshman "doolie" year that I had a disqualifying eye condition to fly in the Air Force; My mother, brother, and I all went to the University of Miami for undergrad, and my father is a neurologist at the University (Go Canes!); Following college, I had a short career in advertising and marketing, specifically for Volkswagen, while working at Crispin Porter + Bogusky--a large full-service advertising agency that was headquartered in Miami, FL and Boulder, CO. My daughter now goes the same preparatory school where I went and has my friends' mothers as her teachers.

My family would say I’m good at: Following through on my promises. Setting aside time for both sides of the family. Balancing various roles and responsibilities. Doing laundry and dishes. Driving everyone all over town. Predicting the ending of shows and movies. Ordering delivery.

I like to workout through: Jogging/walking, Raising two little children

I love: Writing, Watching a documentary

You might not know: I met my wife when we were campers at sleep-

away camp in North Carolina, and we attended rival schools at college football--Univ. of Miami and Florida State University. My father's family immigrated to and settled in Caracas, Venezuela after surviving the Holocaust/conclusion of WWII, and my father and oldest brother were born and raised there.
